November Fitness Challenge: 200,000 Steps

The weather is cooling off just in time for another Momma Society fitness challenge. Let's lace up those sneakers and take 200,000 steps during the month of November. 

HOW IT WORKS

Run, walk, jog, or hike 200,000 steps during November. This breaks down to just over 6,600 steps per day. 

WHEN IT STARTS

Sunday, November 1st through November 30th.

How To Track

Here are three simple ways you can track your steps:

  1. The Fitness App that is built into the Iphone (just keep your phone in your pocket during the day)
  2. A good 'ole pedometer (They're under $10 on Amazon)
  3. A FitBit (If you're using the FitBit app, add me under the email address hello@mommasociety.com and let's keep each other accountable!)

HOW TO SIGN UP

Share your pictures of your steps using the hashtag #monthlymommachallenge. Search the hashtag to find other moms to support in their quest to 200,000 steps!
