A Driveway Scooter Racetrack + A Radio Flyer Giveaway!

I find myself loving each new stage of Brody's growth more and more. From the baby milestones, to learning to walk, to talking, and now his flourishing imagination—time just keeps getting sweeter.
His most recent favorite toy has been his Radio Flyer custom scooter. I must admit, I am a bit jealous of the fun he has on it! It is decked out with his name down the front, a little bell, light-up wheels, and cute little tassels hanging from the handle bars. We keep it inside during the afternoons when it is 110+ degrees outside and his favorite thing to do on it is race his cars across the living room on his scooter.
This weekend we decided to make his racecar driver dreams come true by creating a scooter racetrack in our driveway out of chalk. We sketched out a big, loopy track and painted the edges with chalk sidewalk paint (which is amazing btw). We filled in the other areas with "grass" (green chalk), set up a construction zone with some orange cones, and put up a billboard along the track using one of the nifty posters from Radio Flyer's kid's travel agency.

The new morning request at our house has been the scooter race track. There we sit at the crack of dawn---Brody racing around the track on his scooter in his pajamas and this momma relaxing in a chair in the garage watching him giggle with glee. These are the Summer memories I will forever cherish.
